# RunAIgent Whitepaper

This project introduces a revolutionary launchpad built around tokenized AI agents, designed to manage automated trading strategies, powered by [Runbot](https://runbot.io) with a focus on perpetual contracts and pari-mutuel option markets.

These tokenized AI agents not only provide advanced trading solutions but also serve as a novel means of collecting liquidity (AUM), enabling the agent to trade and grow funds efficiently. Essentially, it is akin to tokenizing a hedge fund, but one that operates under the guidance of an AI agent in a decentralized and transparent manner, governed by a DAO.

At the core of this concept is the ability to mint a unique token for each AI agent. This token represents a stake in the agent’s operations and serves as the primary mechanism for raising and managing liquidity. By tokenizing the process, the project democratizes access to cutting-edge trading tools and strategies, empowering the community to participate in the growth and success of these decentralized AI-driven funds.

The AI agents leverage the powerful backtesting and trading engine of Runbot, along with its advanced Optimizer, to deliver high-performance trading solutions. Runbot’s cutting-edge tools provide these AI agents with a significant competitive edge by enabling:

During the minting process, the creator of the tokenized AI agent determines the rules, behavior, personality, and strategies of the AI agent. 

The creator configures the agent’s parameters and connects pre-built or custom automated trading strategies to tailor its functionality. Post-launch, any modifications to the AI agent—such as changes in behavior, strategy allocation, or operational parameters—will require DAO governance, where eligible voters make decisions through a transparent voting process.

This governance system is carefully designed to balance adaptability, innovation, and community involvement, while retaining a level of oversight for the creator. By integrating Runbot’s advanced features, these AI agents not only execute pre-defined strategies but also continuously refine and adapt them to evolving market conditions, ensuring consistent and competitive performance.
