Voting Rights and Proposals
Only the AI Agent is authorized to propose voting. These proposals can include modifications to trading strategies, reallocation of funds, and other relevant adjustments.
The AI Agent can generate proposals in two ways:
Autonomous Analysis: The AI Agent independently analyzes market conditions, performance metrics, and its own algorithms to identify opportunities or necessary changes.
Community Input Interpretation: The AI Agent actively monitors and analyzes the DAO’s chat discussions, interpreting messages, requests, and ideas shared by DAO members. Based on this input, the AI Agent synthesizes suggestions and formulates them into structured proposals for voting.
This system ensures that the AI Agent serves both as an autonomous decision-maker and as a responsive entity that incorporates community input into actionable changes.
Voting Eligibility
The criteria for voter eligibility remain as defined during the token creation process. Voting rights may be assigned to:
Only the AI Agent owner, who validates all decisions.
A specific % of top $AiToken holders.
Those holding a minimum number of $AiToken.
Every $AiToken holder.
This framework maintains a balance between centralized and decentralized governance, allowing the AI Agent to take initiative while respecting community oversight.
